In the playoffs and at or above 50 wins, IF the curse stays away
Remember, it takes the pressure off the coach as well as the players.
I'm sure there are nights you'll see Andre out there to end games. Not every night, but some. Or you might see Andre and Zach or maybe Andre and Ricky. I know Sam wants his shooting guard to handle the ball more and facilitate the offense as well
Of course! As I said earlier, are you really going to rely on those 2? Really? Not a chance in the world
No, "entire career' is a long long time. Very few ever do
I'd say AP too but he'll play. There will injuries, you just know that
I don't think it works like that
It's supposed to start this fall
Probably Bjelica first, then Payne, Towns and Dieng will play there some too and so can Rudez
I think one is coming, but not this year. It takes a year or two to complete something like that
I suppose he could so clearly be the best PF that it might happens, but I don't see that happening soon, not with KG, just out of deference
Yes, he definitely looks ready. The question is does he stay that way. The way he plays so physically leaves him susceptible in injury; he's going to have to change his style of play some to ensure a long career
The issue is they need to find a D League team willing to let him play 25-30 minutes a game. It doesn't pay if he's only going to play a bit part because that team has its own prospects to play and develop. Staying here and watching Andre and playing spot duty might be as valuable or more so than playing there.
It'll be interesting to see how that plays out. He could be this year's Corey Brewer. Like Corey, he has a player's option after this year so he could be traded if they can't find a satisfactory role for him. If they want him to backup Zach, he's going to want a contract extension. And if you're committed to Zach, would you do that?
i don't see it. That would mean 45-48 wins and I can't see a leap that big
He doesn't have the personality built for that, he'll have to lead with his defense and by his fierce dunks over people
They still owe a protected one this summer to Boston (via Phoenix) and they owe the Hawks one for Payne, but I don't think that's til 2018 now.
No, he'll be a starter in time. Shabazz might be their future Sixth Man type
Yes, as mentioned they'd like to use the D League some with him
Well, I don't think he's Anthony Davis because he's not that kind of freakish shot blocker, but I believe John Calipari when he says with the right players around him, KAT will be a league MVP type of talent some day
No, he didn't want to be here, wasn't going to happen. And if it's not in a place where he's happy, he's one of those guys you definitely don't want around
